Taking Shape ~ 01/28/2012

The duck's body is beginning to take shape and assume its proportion.

Bart takes time to work on shaping the head and getting it to scale so that later he can determine how it will join and integrate with the body of the duck.

A New Year

To herald in the new year, I thought it would be fun to follow one of Bart's projects from the start. But I showed up on January 1 only to discover that the new piece was already in work. Well, this is close to the beginning....

Two days later, this baby was sporting new curves! I had to grab a photo via my cell phone. I can only imagine what progress will have been made when I return on the 15th!
